Registration fees
The registration fee includes: attendance to all sessions, conference material, conference dinner, lunches, technical visit and refreshments in the breaks during the conference days. All prices are stated in SEK excl. VAT. The VAT (25% for registration and social events, 12% for hotel) will be added in the registration process.
Student fees
Students include bachelor, master and PhD Student level. All students must be able to provide Student ID or similar documentation on request.
Special fees
There are a limited number of delegate-registrations available at a reduced rate for delegates from low-income countries. Please click here to view a country list from World Bank Economic Categories. Please contact the Conference Secretariat at ICTTP7@meetx.se to receive a discount code.
VAT on delegate fees
The fees are stated in SEK excluding Swedish VAT. Please note that all delegates are required to pay Swedish VAT on the registration fee (25%), social events (25%) and hotel (12%).
Swedish tax legislation requires delegates to pay their conference fee including Swedish VAT, which may be reimbursed according to specific regulations. If you are from a country in the EU area, please search for refund of VAT at your tax office, in your home country. Hotel booking
A number of hotel rooms in different price categories have been pre-booked in Gothenburg for the congress. Book your room via the online booking service when you register for the congress. Read more about the hotels here >>
Privacy Policy
We are committed to protecting your privacy. The information we ask for in the registration is the information we need to properly arrange the meeting, logistics, login, payments etc. We will provide relevant information with our partners (travel agency / hotel / venue and industry) with the same purpose. Neither we nor our partners will share any information with third parties. We may keep your name and email address for future events, but you are always free to reject any invitations. We cannot register your information without your approval. By clicking the “I have read and accept the privacy policy” button in our registration forms, you agree that we store your information according to the privacy policy.

Method of payment
All payments should be made in Swedish krona (kr/SEK). All bank transfer charges in connection with transferring fees are to be paid by the delegate. No personal, company or Euro-cheques will be accepted.
Payment can be made by the following methods:
Credit card – Visa, MasterCard or American Express. Please note that all credit card payments are made through secure and encrypted online payment gateway and will be listed as a transaction with Sweden Meetx AB on your credit card statement.
Invoice – Only possible for Swedish companies/organisations with a valid Swedish VAT number (Org.nr). Invoices should be paid within 30 days.
Cancellation of registration and social events
Until 22 June 2022, cancellation is possible, and you will be refunded the congress fee less an administrative cost of SEK 500 excl. VAT. We regret that no refunds can be made for cancellations received after 22 June 2022. If you cannot attend the congress, your registration is transferable to another member of your organisation, an administrative cost of SEK 250 will be charged. Cancellation of hotel
1-10 hotel rooms:
- When the reservation is confirmed until 12 weeks before arrival, no charge will be taken if reservation is cancelled
- From12 to 8 weeks before arrival – 50% of the total cost of the reservation will be charged.
- From 8 to 6 weeks before arrival – 80% of the total cost of the reservation will be charged.
- We regret that no cancellation within 6 weeks before arrival will be refunded.
More than 10 hotel rooms:
- When the reservation is confirmed until 16 weeks before arrival, no charge will be taken if reservation is cancelled
- From 16 to 12 weeks before arrival – 50% of the total cost of the reservation will be charged.
- From 12 to 8 weeks before arrival – 80% of the total cost of the reservation will be charged.
- We regret that no cancellation within 8 weeks before arrival will be refunded.
Please note that change of arrival/departure dates within this deadline is to be counted as cancellation. Changes and/or cancellations must be made directly in written form to Sweden Meetx AB and not to the hotel. Contact us by sending an email to icttp7@meetx.se
