Authors’ Guidelines

Maximum of 3 abstracts (i.e. presentations) per person
The abstract is to be written in English
The title of your abstract should have maximum 60 characters; No abbreviations
The abstract should be up to 350 words
Abstracts must include the following sections: Background, Method, Results, Conclusions and Keywords
If citations are used in the abstract, use the full APA-style reference (www.apastyle.org) in the text
Tables and graphics are not allowed/supported
It is the author’s responsibility to ensure that the abstract is grammatically correct
Available preferred presentation types
- Oral (15 min presentation + 5 min questions)
- Poster
For e.g. large EU projects and organisations/professional bodies it is possible to organize Special sessions on a chosen theme. If you are interested in organizing a Special session please contact the Conference Secretariat at icttp7@meetx.se).
